CASE MANAGER


The Case Manager will assist clients experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness in applying for Social Security disability benefits. Responsibilities include guiding clients through SSI/SSDI application process, gathering medical documentation, coordinating with Healthcare providers, and acting as a liaison with the Social Security Administration.

ADMINISTRATIVE ROLES

Administrative roles at Clinore provide essential support for our team, ensuring that office operations run smoothly. Duties include managing records, coordinating schedules, communicating with clients, and supporting the organization's outreach and intake processes.

OUTREACH SPECIALIST

The Outreach Specialist is responsible for engaging with individuals experiencing homelessness to build trust and connect them essential services. This includes conducting street-based outreach, educating clients on available resources, and facilitating connections to housing and mental services.

GET INVOLVED IN OUTREACH

Volunteers can assist in our Outreach efforts, helping connect with individuals in the community and distributing basic supplies to those in need. Join our street team to build meaningful relationships with individuals experiencing homelessness.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

Volunteers can also provide administrative support, helping our team with filing, organizing records, answering client calls, and keeping office operations efficient. This is a great way to contribute if you have a strong organizational skills.

CLIENT SUPPORT

Volunteers will work closely with our Case Managers to support clients in various ways, including helping team access resources, assisting with applications, and providing companionship during their journey to stability.
