Eligibility for Services:

       Clinores serves adults aged 18+ who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and face severe physical or mental health conditions. Veterans are also prioritized within our services

GENERAL RELIEF (gr) housing voucher SUBSIDY:

At Clinore, we assist individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness with applying for the General Relief (GR) Housing Subsidy.

Our Support Includes:
  • Application Assistance: Helping clients complete and submit applications for the GR Housing Subsidy.
  • Rental Assistance: Assisting individuals in accessing rental subsidies to secure and maintain safe, stable housing.
  • Ongoing Support: Connecting clients to additional resources and services to promote long-term housing stability and financial independence.

 

         Our goal is to ensure that individuals receiving a General Relief (GR) grant can access the housing support they need to achieve stability and avoid homelessness. At Clinore, we are dedicated to providing compassionate guidance every step of the way.

L.A. Care Health Plan

  • L.A. Care is the largest publicly operated health plan in the United States, serving Medi-Cal members in Los Angeles County.
  • Provides a wide range of services similar to IEHP, including primary care, preventive care, specialty care, mental health services, and vision/dental benefits.
  • Offers a network of providers that serve Medi-Cal beneficiaries, emphasizing accessible and culturally competent care.
